This is definitely a different way to play with a balloon.  I love the way he props one leg up with the other.  Check out that grip his toes have on the ribbon, so his hands can be free to play unencumbered.  Can you say Monkey Toes?  And we used to think Josiah didn’t know how to play.  This kid just invents his own games.
